Meet Rosalie

From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by how people grow, adapt, and find meaning through challenge. Today, I help clients heal from trauma and build lives rooted in clarity, resilience, and authentic connection.

I started my career at George Washington University, rising from intern to Acting Director of Career Counseling while earning my degree in Mechanical Engineering. Over more than a decade, I led teams and cross-cultural partnerships in global development, technology, and design, including a rewarding stint at the World Bank Group and the International Finance Corporation, as well as collaborations with BMW, Gucci, and NBC. Those experiences taught me how deeply people crave meaningful relationships, purpose, and authentic self-expression.

Now, as a trauma therapist, coach, and creator of The Maduro Method, I help clients regulate their nervous systems, examine the beliefs shaping their lives, and consciously reauthor the stories they live by. My approach blends mind-body awareness with evidence-based therapies like Narrative Therapy, EMDR, TRM, IFS, CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed yoga.

I work with individuals, couples, and adolescents, and I’m especially committed to supporting BIPOC, AAPI, Filipinx, and LGBTQIA+ communities. Based between Los Angeles and Park City, I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work. As a mother, dog lover, and traveler, I believe lasting change happens through small, intentional shifts helping you move from surviving to truly thriving.

My Work

I specialize in trauma. When clients come to me with trauma, they often carry a glass that feels fragile and unsteady, as if it's about to shatter. Together, we take the courageous step of breaking that glass into tiny pieces, exploring each fragment with care and curiosity. Piece by piece, we examine what belongs in their reauthored story—what fits, what doesn’t, and how it all connects.

This process means revisiting old memories, untangling the threads of past pain, and confronting patterns that no longer serve them. It’s not easy; it’s raw and often heart-wrenching. But through every moment, I am there guiding, supporting, and holding space, until together, we create a new glass. It might be imperfect at first, but it’s solid, whole, and uniquely theirs.

From there, our work shifts to polishing that glass, refining their narrative into one that reflects their strength, resilience, and the beauty of their true self. It becomes a story they can own with pride, one that honors their journey and celebrates their growth.
